Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Korfam Design are covered by the manufacturer's or seller's warranty in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the consumer and is determined in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Warranty Certificate Regulation (Official Gazette No. 29029), where applicable.

To ensure that your warranty rights remain valid, please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the package or product, do not accept the shipment. Instead, request the carrier to prepare an official damage report and contact us immediately.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications;
Deformation or damage caused by the customer;
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use;
Damage caused by failure to follow the product's care or usage instructions;
Any modification that changes the product's original design or construction.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to Korfam Design.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from the item you ordered, you must contact us through our online customer support or by email within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions. Once the defective product is received and inspected, it will be replaced with the same product or, where appropriate, another suitable solution will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The damage or defect resulted from improper use, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification by the customer;
The product has been used in a manner that affects its resale condition beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality;
The return request is submitted after the applicable legal return period has expired;
The product is incomplete, damaged due to customer handling, or returned without its original accessories where applicable.

All return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the applicable Distance Contracts Regulation of the Republic of Türkiye.
