If a product is unavailable after payment has been received, the Seller may require additional time to fulfill the order.
The estimated waiting period may range from 4 (four) to 30 (thirty) calendar days.
If the ordered product cannot be supplied within this period, the Buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund using the original payment method.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or official public holidays in Türkiye.
