CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and all other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased products.
3. Shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, shall be borne by the Buyer.
4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days at the latest. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any applicable documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
6. If it becomes impossible to supply the purchased product, the Seller shall notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this circumstance and shall refund the full amount paid within 14 days.

1. If the Buyer fails to pay the purchase price or the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

1. If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days. In this case, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller.

1. If force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control prevent delivery within the specified period, the Buyer shall be informed accordingly. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

If the Buyer cancels the order:

• Payments made by cash or bank transfer will be refunded within 14 days.
• Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the issuing bank within 14 days; however, the time required for the amount to appear in the Buyer's account depends on the bank's internal procedures and may take 2–3 weeks.

1. Before accepting delivery, the Buyer shall inspect the product and shall not accept any damaged or defective goods (including crushed, broken, or torn packaging) from the carrier.

Products accepted by the Buyer shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition.

After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for preserving the product with due care. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not have been used. The original invoice must also be returned with the product.

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer or to the person/entity designated by the Buyer, without giving any reason and without incurring any legal or criminal liability, provided that the Seller is notified using the contact information below.

1. If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date the agreement is concluded. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the performance of the service has begun with the Buyer's prior consent before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Any costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must remain unused in accordance with the provisions regarding products excluded from the right of withdrawal.

1. The invoice for the returned product must be included. If the invoice was issued to a company, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by that company. Returns for corporate purchases cannot be completed without a return invoice.
2. The returned product must be sent together with its original packaging, box, standard accessories (if any), and all accompanying materials, complete and undamaged.

1. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer and return any documents creating an obligation for the Buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and shall collect the returned goods within 20 days.
2. If the value of the product decreases or the return becomes impossible due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller for the loss in proportion to the fault. However, the Buyer shall not be responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.
3. If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the order total falls below the minimum amount required for a promotional campaign, any discount received under that campaign shall be cancelled.

1. In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products prepared according to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• Products unsuitable for return due to their nature;
• Perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date;
• Products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened after delivery;
• Products that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• Newspapers and magazines supplied under subscription agreements (except subscription services);
• Services performed instantly in electronic form;
• Digital content delivered immediately to the consumer;
• Audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data storage devices, computer consumables, where the protective packaging has been opened by the Buyer.

The right of withdrawal also cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the Buyer's consent before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassette tapes, and stationery consumables (such as toner cartridges, printer cartridges, and ribbons) may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

1. If the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the Buyer agrees to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and acknowledges responsibility to the bank.

In such cases, the bank may initiate legal proceedings and claim any legal costs and attorney's fees from the Buyer. The Buyer also agrees to compensate the Seller for any damages resulting from delayed payment.

1. Payments may be made by bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to any of the Turkish Lira (TRY) bank accounts specified on our Contact page or during the checkout process.
2. Our website accepts all major credit cards. Customers may choose between a single online payment or installment payment options where available. For online payments, the total amount will be charged to the Buyer's credit card upon completion of the order.
